The hotel had a great location, a swanky look, a very nice sports bar and remodeled rooms. But I disliked the curt check in staff, the breakfast outlet was not a value and the guest floors layout was confusing.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was able to open the window.

The subway stop was adjacent to the hotel. The room was comfortable. The walls seemed to carry sound. There was no jacuzzi. The location was close to tourist spots.

It is a spacious, well lit hotel in the heart of Washington, DC. Upon entering, you immediately experience a sense of grandeur. There is a lot of open space. I was here for a conference and I found the hotel a professional but relaxing environment.

The did not provide a roll away bed and they took my bedding away too soon.

This hotel was centrally located and it could not have been in a better location. You walk down a corridor from the hotel and down some stairs and you are in the Metro station. The interior is very spacious, majestic even, and flooded with light. It was a pleasant environment and it seemed to have plenty of conference facilities.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was a large and luminous space. I could find open spaces to work in and there was not any problem with the noise.

I liked the hotel. We got the presidential suite which had a hot tub and TV in the bathroom. We definitely took advantage of that. The bed was so very comfortable and plush. I felt like I could sleep forever. The one problem we had was the movie ordering system was not working in our suite and a technician would not be in until the next day. We ended up moving to a regular, non suite room. It was very disappointing but it turned out ok in the end. The staff worked to resolve the problem quickly. Also the room service menu was a bit weak. We flipped through the pages over and over again because it was so hard to choose. The service was quick though. I would stay in this hotel again but I would like to try others first.

It was nice. I stayed in a room that was connected with another room and someone tried to come into my room. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

It is well located. The service is excellent and there is a terrific menu. If you go to a Best Western, that's all you get. If you go to the Hyatt, you'll get what you pay for. I have never been disappointed. Orlando, Nashville, D.C., and Philadelphia are excellent and all worth it.
