The main hotel was sold out so they offered us a "free upgrade" in their resort about 5 minutes away. The restaurant was closed down, the pool had ducks swimming in it and worst of all our room had a strong smell of either pesticide or jet fuel (airplanes take off over the rooms all day and night). They offered to move us to a room that had beer cans and trash under the bed. Worst of all, no one cared. We usually stay at Hiltons. Next time we'll know better.
