The room was a suite, so that when my son wanted to watch TV while I either read or slept, he could do it in the living room without disturbing me. The beds were very comfortable. The view outside our terrace was right next to the harbor. It was very relaxing.

The staff was great. However, someone did not have a reservation for me the night I checked in. San Diego was overbooked everywhere and there were no rooms. I had to bunk in with a business associate for one night. I'm not sure who was to blame
