Horrible
Don't stay here. Staff members are very rude and unaccomodating. The tower we stayed in was old and smelled like cigarettes and bad deodorizer. The pool is substandard compared to other resort style hotels. Do yourself and your family a favor and...

Outstanding staff, and an awesome room! Excellent view. Central location. This is a great hotel! I guess you get what you pay for, because we paid quite a bit here.
The restaurants in the hotel are worthwhile. The view from the Top of the Harbor bar is a must-see, but get drinks only, their appetizers are poor. The pool area is great as well.
Avoid renting a car if you stay here, it costs $20/night to park. You can walk to the San Diego Convention center, Petco Park, Seaport Village, and the Gas Lamp Quarter.
The rooms have no microwave or fridge, so no money-savings by reheating leftovers.

Okay
Hotel lobby was impressive, but was less impressed with the room. There was some wear-and-tear that I didn't expect. The worst thing was the train that ran on the tracks across the street from the hotel. It woke me up several times during the...
