Can't talk about value, as company paid for it, never knew prices, but was impressed beyond my dreams. Breathtaking grounds, astute staff.

Unbelievable attention to detail and total concern for the happiness of the guests. I was truly blown away, and can't wait to stay in a hyatt again.
This hotel made me feel excited: It was my first stay ever in a luxury hotel, and was absolutely blown away with the level of service and the feeling of being pampered.

One cannot go wrong with a hyatt regency hotel.
This hotel made me feel content: My family and were comfortable, happy and catered to. It was a very relaxed place, quiet and beautiful.

It was okay - expected more for our money, but that's how hawaii seems to be now.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Leis upon greeting. Wait staff always smiling. Valets remembered us on sight-- actually they were excellent valets, often under pressure due to the nightly luau.
