I've stayed at the Erawan every time I visit Bangkok. While it's certainly not cheap in keeping with the cheap prices in Thailand, it is simply the best place to hang your hat before heading out to explore this Asian country.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is perfect. It's right in the heart of the city with access to the BTS Sky Train Stations plus within walking-distance from all the major shopping malls. The service is impeccable. Spa and restaurants are also excellent. I love everything about this hotel. Will definitely come back and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five star hotel in Bangkok.

I had a bad experience in Spasso last weekend. The number of "workers" has risen dramatically. It is sad to see how decent local folks out to have a good time with their friends being mistaken as "workers".
