42 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Great location. Friendly staff. Convenient valet parking. Only sink in room is next to toilet (plan on being interrupted). We picked this hotel because of it's location and because it had a nice looking pool for the kids. We stayed 4 nights and really had a lot of fun. We swam 3 out of the 4 days there. On the last night, though, as my wife and kids came up to the room from the pool, they all started screaming in the elevator. They said they were burning and it felt like something was biting them all over. It was scary. After showers, we saw that they all had been burned by something from the pool. My 5 year old daughter behind her knees, my wife along her bathing suit line and my son all over his inner thighs, on his stomach, and on his buttocks. Wife and daughter recovered O.K., but 7 year old son is going through twice daily treatments of prescription body oil to recover. I will always have a pool test kit when I go to any hotel again. I'm surprised and disappointed in Hyatt. Hot tub was cold that day too. Maybe they were having an off day.

Stayed on 4-7-08 for one night. People were fine, room was fine, but bedding was not fine. There was dried "stuff" along the bottom edge for about 1 foot. I understand stuff happens yet when mentioned this to staff there was just the usual pleasantries and no interest to take note for cleaning. So perhaps next guest will get that bed spread. Not so fine! The quality program that I was directed to go to does not reply; web page for quality does not function. Back to my other hotels.
