Lighting in the suite was very low wattage. It had three-way bulbs but not three-way lamps. Maid service was not consistent -- some days it was terrible. The beds were comfortable but too high off the ground. Overall, the employees were very anxious to please.

Even though was on the 10th floor there was soom outside noise. I had no way to mask that noise. At some hotels the airconditioner is under the window and that noise will stop most of the outside noise.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Very great staff that was always available to help.
