The hotel had great beds and a great location.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Since we were on vacation, we did not have to worry about anything.

The hotel had great room amenities. I liked the comfortable bed, the nice view on the good part of town and the access to the area entertainment.

I had superb service from the bellman. I left an important bag on a shuttle service and he went way out of his responsibilities to retrieve it for me.

The location was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel had a helpful staff. Parking was expensive.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The first night we were located to a different hotel. They made up for the inconvenience by many extras. They were helpful in answering questions about sights.

The only thing I was disappointed in is that I was to have a king sized bed and when I checked in I was given two full sized beds.

It's in a great location off the main strip of downtown. You couldn't ask for anything better for the price.

The room was moldy. Some bedding was not washed from previous use. The shower drain was blocked.

It was a dirty area with not much to do right around the hotel. When I asked the concierge where to go for a nice local restaurant I was given name of what turned out to be a chain restaurant and was very disappointed. Getting in and out of the hotel by car was very difficult. The view out of the room window was unimpressive. The lobby was very loud and uninviting.

I was there for an onsite conference and the facilities were great. The beds were phenomenally comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: A host greeted me in the lobby and helped me with the check in machine. It was late and I felt very welcome.

We were very pleased with the service and the room at this hotel. It was great.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We usually do not stay at hotels of this caliber and it was nice.

You can not go wrong with them.

Our suite was extremely comfortable. The only problem encountered was the room safe malfunctioning. The hotel dispatched an engineer who fixed the problem immediately.

I was booked into this hotel based on incorrect information given to me by hotel staff. The conference I was attending was actually at the Denver Hyatt Regency. Upon learning of the error I spoke with the staff who informed me that nothing could be done, it was another hotel and I could not switch my reservation to the Regency. I would be charged. They told me the Regency would be anther $100 per night over what I was paying. The manager then came out and told me I was stuck because the Regency was fully booked. I couldn't believe it and I called the Regency. They did have rooms available, happily transferred the reservation, and they were not higher than the rate at the Grand Hyatt. It was a very unpleasant way to start my trip. I was very disappointed by the lack of assistance I got from the staff and management there.

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance to everything in downtown Denver. I stayed in a very comfortable room with a large, walk in closet. The lobby and lounge area was very inviting.

The room and bed were very comfortable and inviting. And the staff was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The only trouble we had was with the TV and the poor quality of the room service food. The issue with the TV was quickly resolved and all requests were filled quickly and cheerfully. Overall, the experience was excellent.

We stayed on the concierge floor and the additional cost was well worth it. We were treated like princesses and we thoroughly enjoyed the room, the hotel and its facilities.

My bed was short sheeted from day one and the tub was not scrubbed clean. Housekeeping at hotels should scrub the tubs, not rinse them. You can see the dirty ring that builds up around the bottom of the tub. They should put some elbow grease into it. I haven't seen a clean tub at any hotel I've stayed in during the past 10 years.

The hotel has a great staff. Food quality is excellent. Event planning is superb.

The hotel is right downtown, and convenient to many places. I liked the nice atmosphere and staff. The views could be better, though.
