I had no complaints. Everything was as expected, that was why I chose this hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Grand Hyatt DFW.

59 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We were stuck in Dallas due to a late flight arrival on a connecting flight. We did not even think we could get into the Grand Hyatt hotel which was the most convenient. I called on a whim. They accommodated us. The location was a blessing. Everything was wonderful.

This hotel made me feel content: It was great to just walk to the hotel when we arrived and walk downstairs to the gate. The plush bedding always feels like you can let out a long sigh after dragging through airports and sitting in cramped planes.

I am very likely to return to the Grand Hyatt DFW.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
