It was a pleasant stay but we were not in the hotel long.

This hotel made me feel respected: They did not seem to be disturbed that we were in very casual attire with coolers and race gear.

The personnel was helpful and friendly.

The hotel was as you would expect from a Grand Hyatt hotel. The staff was attentive and the room was immaculate. A varied room service menu was a welcome change from the normal hotel room service food.

The hotel was beautiful. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location surrounded by excellent food and shopping choices. The only downside for me is that the parking structure is not in an ideal location.

This hotel made me feel important: The bellhop, the concierge and the front desk attendant catered greatly to my needs.

I loved the hotel, but I was not informed that there was so much construction around the hotel, which blocked the sidewalks between the MARTA and the hotel. I had some problems with the concierge.

The front desk staff was not the most helpful nor were they very polite. The bell staff was great. The hotel was nice.

It is a very nice hotel, about what you would expect for the price range. It has a convenient location to Buckhead. I did not like having to pay for parking and one would think that for that price a night, they could provide a complimentary bottle of water rather than charging such a high price for the one in the room.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt hotel around New Year's Eve. It was a very fine experience.

It was in a good location for my needs except for the construction on all neighboring streets. They offer very nice rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet was good, but a little overpriced.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: They have plush accommodations both within the room and in the hotel lobby.

It was fine. I was attending a conference at the hotel and found it to be very convenient and comfortable.

It has a good location in Buckhead, close enough to walk to areas of interest. The staff was exceptional and despite being very busy with our convention, handled even the smallest detail. I was impressed by the room, the food, and how well they put everything together. It was very smooth. It may cost a little more than some others but it was a still a great deal. One of the most relaxing stays I have had in a hotel even though I was very busy with the convention.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The atmosphere and style of the hotel plus the way the staff handled things and how they dressed were impressive.

Everything was very nice except for their Sunday morning buffet which was not hot, had few choices, and therefore very over priced. The price to park your car was ridiculously high.

I visited during Christmas, and we were treated like royalty, even the chef prepared meals for our guest and us Christmas evening after the dining room had closed, and served us in the main floor bar. I was impressed

This hotel made me feel respected: From arrival until leaving, when calling for the car, they knew which car to get and it was at door by time we could get there. The service was excellent, and they remembered our names, which is almost unheard of today.

I had to pay for Internet use, I would have thought that would be included in the room fee.

They were exceptional in services offered to employees of other Hyatts.

The location was downtown and near all the fun hotspots. I loved it.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Every thing was taken care of fast.

Nice but there are better places.
