My son and I stayed here for about four days. I thought the rooms were very nice and the location was very nice. In the dining area, the clean glasses looked as though they had been run through the washer with no detergent (and that continued for the two visits we made to the dining area on two different days) other people there noticed the same thing. The glasses were basically filthy, so for the nicely decorated dining room, I was quite surprised. When I poured water and apple juice on two occasions for myself and others there were particles floating in the beverage and I found dried food bits on the 'clean glasses' in the crates nearby. I was almost responded to with a smirk when I ask if I get another glass.
The front desk service, well, they were courteous but short, I received very much the one-worded answers. I thought they could be a tad friendlier. The game room, outdoor pool and small gym they have were nice. The room was, well, let me say, I came in and the bed spread basically had a lump on it, so I pulled the bed spread back and realized they hadn't even straightened out the sheets or blanket underneath, I felt that should've been basic to make the beds.
