40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Lack of management shows through it's unhappy employees. General manager was rude and short. He didn't seem to like his job and he was overheard yelling at another manager. Stay Away from negative hoteliers!

Well appointed ,Immaculate rooms. The bathrooms are fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The best health club of any hotel I have stayed in with locker rooms that have a country club feel. I would skip the valet parking and self park. Will be sure to stay in this hotel my next trip.
The Hotel was nice - but -- they failed to explain the parking - we parked across the street in the Northstar building - cheaper than their valet parking -- also we didnt get our room cleaned - we had been out shopping when we returned over 5 hrs...
