47 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was pleased with my stay. The staff was exceptional.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was helped with directions and a map was drawn with detail. The staff asked me several times how I was doing and actually spoke when spoken to.

I am very likely to return to the Grand Hotel Dallas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

68 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

We stayed for only one night. The location was good as we were familiar with the area. The room was clean and comfortable.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Grand Hotel Dallas.
I might recommend it to friends.
