40 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
We were very disappointed. Our room was very dirty - not vacuumed floor, no ventilation, everything was dirty. The waterpark was smaller than expected (would recommend for ages 2-8). There were only two main small elevators. The service seemed rude. Just awful, we couldn't wait to leave.

It is located on the Mississippi river and it has an indoor water park. It is good for families.

Instead of packets of coffee, we would have like packets of hot chocolate in the room. Some of the meals that were set up at the hotel had very limited food options. They had great smelling lotion for free.
This hotel made me feel welcome: There were people at the front entrance to help with questions.
