Very pretentious hotel. All talk and no follow through. I got "attitude" from front desk guy when I complained that the hallway was freezing. They never fixed the problem. The rooms are very dark and the bathrooms were nothing to brag about. The ...
NOTHING went wrong with this hotel. The location is so perfect for the city or Orlando or to get out of Orlando. The restaurants were outstanding. The room was breathtaking, and the service was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
