I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have never had a great time. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, I guess this will do, although the chairs in the room are more comfotable than the beds. The pool/hot tub is nothing to be proud of, even though it looks like they are building on an arcade of some kind. The room we stayed in was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled of smoke and when I turned on the air conditioner, the room smelled of urine too. When I complained to the office, they told me all rooms were full and there was nothing they could do but offer me a discounted price of $50 per night. Overall, I would say this last stay was the straw that broke the camel's back. I will not stay here again.

This hotel is the best value and it has quality environment.

They always have a room available and they know me by name.

They had my keys ready to go when I checked in and they put me in my usual room.

The hot tub could use some repair work on the surface. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool was huge. The rooms had good decor and were comfortable compared to others in which I have been.

The staff was very friendly and courteous--nice people.

I feel that Best Western is a run of the mill hotel operation. It's no better than others I have stayed in.
