Situated on beautiful Lake Bryan only one mile from the Walt Disney World Complex, Grand Beach Resort offers a fun-filled vacation for all ages. It is a quiet lakefront getaway with all the comforts of home, yet Orlando's most famous attractions are just minutes away. After a busy day at Walt Disney World, SeaWorld or Universal Studios, take a dip in the outdoor pool, or relax in the hot tub, or enjoy fishing, canoeing and other water sports on Lake Bryan. Disclaimer: Effective July 7th, 2006, a midweek cleaning for reservations booked more than 6 nights at the resort. We are no longer offering daily maid service. There is a fee per room for the safe: $0.50 (payable directly to property).. Daily housekeeping is available for: Three Bedroom - $35 Daily light clean/ $75 Daily full clean Towel Exchange - $8 for a complete Towel Exchange ALL of our resorts will require a credit card ONLY deposit for all guests. The deposit will be $100 US and shall be returned when the rooms have been inspected and no damage has been done or items are not missing. If there is damage or items missing the guest will be charged.

40 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I took my 16 year old son and 3 of his friends from June 7th through June 14th, 2008. We had a wonderfull time. We had a three bed room unit, plenty of room for all of us. The unit was facing the pool and lake, so when the boys were at the pool I could keep an eye on them. The unit had been remodeled so everything was new. The grounds were beautifull, well kept. The beach area was very nice. There is a basketball court so the boys played basketball. It was very close Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Malls and lots of Resturants. Lets just say we will be going back next year.
