I always believe you have to find the GOOD in everybody or situation, so I'll start with what we liked. The patio view is truly nice. We liked having the curtains drawn back to the pool, swing, trees view. We liked that staying with a group of 11 families, this hotel setting made it 'community' like! However don't get sold on this alone!
Housekeeping didn't stop by our room for 2 days. On day 3 of our stay when our room was cleaned, they took the towels and didn't replace. Yes, it is an older hotel...this doesn't mean that service has to be spared.
The front desk person... 'Ms. C' was extremely rude. Everytime we went to ask her for information she was on her 'ciggy' break and we had to wait for her to return. When posed a question, we received responses like, "I'm not the internet company," (we asked about when we could receive internet services). Customer service training should be provided for this clerk. Either this or she needs to find another job!
A plus!!!! The manager did try to accommodate us as much as he could. Thank you, Mr. D'zousa!
