Does not care about the guests. Couldnt use any ameneties while there. Owner had no control over the 30 Brazilians that they rented to, these people were walking around having sex in the pool, jacuzzi area and lounge chairs, they came straight out

I stayed at the Granada Resort last year and my family saved money. Instead of wasting money going out to eat, our in room kitchenette provided us with all the tools needed to make home cooked meals and the on site gas grill was great for BBQing.
The Granada is the BEST OF WILDWOOD!! The cleanist, most enjoyable place in all of Wildwood. The staff could not be any nicer. "Debbie" treats you like family and is always there when you have a request or need something. She makes you feel like

We had previously stayed at this hotel and were not aware of new ownership when we booked our vacation in January 07' for August 07' and sent a $1000.00 deposit. Due to a death in the family and subsequent illness of another family member we were forced to cancel our vacation in July 07'. It took repeated calls to the motel and speaking with a clerk who could not assist us before finally reaching the owner regarding our refund (who also owns the Paradise) and were promised a refund. We were well within limits of their policy of full refund minus 20% yet they kept our $1000.00.
I have since left numerous messages and emails for the owner with no response after 3 months. Our calls have been ignored and we will now be forced to file a claim in NJ from NY to get our money back. stay away from this place!!
