Grace Manor was built in 1910 by William Zimmermann as his wife Louise?s ?dream house?. The workmanship, detailing and materials throughout the house reflect the fashionable lifestyle enjoyed in the West Grace Street and Monument Avenue neighborhoods at the turn of the century. The Schicks purchased the house in 2003 and converted it to a Bed and Breakfast. Grace Manor Inn has 3 large guest suites with private baths, a business center, a formal dining room, a sunroom, and three formal parlours. You are welcomed to the Inn with a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheese plate, and each day begins with a multi-course, gourmet breakfast accompanied by your choice of gourmet, loose teas or LavAzza coffee. The Inn also has three resident Yorkie mascots who are anxious to welcome you!

Lovely home with rich detail. Albert, our host, was extremely helpful with restaurant picks in the area and about the Fan in general. Our hostess and chef, Dawn (a true chef) was also a delight. We plan to return for another special occasion.
