Grace Manor was built in 1910 by William Zimmermann as his wife Louise?s ?dream house?. The workmanship, detailing and materials throughout the house reflect the fashionable lifestyle enjoyed in the West Grace Street and Monument Avenue neighborhoods at the turn of the century. The Schicks purchased the house in 2003 and converted it to a Bed and Breakfast. Grace Manor Inn has 3 large guest suites with private baths, a business center, a formal dining room, a sunroom, and three formal parlours. You are welcomed to the Inn with a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheese plate, and each day begins with a multi-course, gourmet breakfast accompanied by your choice of gourmet, loose teas or LavAzza coffee. The Inn also has three resident Yorkie mascots who are anxious to welcome you!

We loved everything about the Grace Manor Inn. It is located in historic Richmond, close to VCU where my son attends. The grounds are immaculate, the 1910 house has been impeccably restored to reflect that era, and it is gorgeous. We stayed over the ...

The regret we had was that there was not enough time at the Grace Manor Inn. An elegant home, with experienced innkeepers, it was both charming and comfortable. We'll be looking for excuses to return to Richmond and the Inn.
