Great staff. Comfortable bed.The door men were abundant (3-4) but all focused on one person rather than "dividing and conquering". Too focused on tips. Nice. They were wonderfully accommodating luckily and I enjoyed the stay.

Starbucks in the lobby, great gym, comfortable room.Elevator too slow, keycard quit working a few times; no refrigerator in the room. Comfortable and quiet. Didn't want to get out of bed. Great service.
