Horrible
Facilities were under renovation so no pool or work out. The room thermostat was broken so after 2 hr wait for service we just went to bed. Couch was supposed to make into bed into second bed but no, so kids slept on the floor. ALL hallways thick ...

Disappointed: Internet not working, Starbucks on premise not wireless, elevators took forever, construction early a.m. Small rooms, very lacking in technology.Doormen were never present. I'll go back.
