The AAA Four-Diamond Governor Hotel is located in downtown Portland, approximately 10 miles from Portland International Airport. Large room.No direct sunlight and very expensive valet parking. Hotel was old and dark. The room stayed in had no direct sunlight, but was large and accommodating. Overall, this hotel should not be a 4 star, rather a 3 star.
Location, staff, restaurant.Small, bland room with uncomfortable bed, little amenities. Great location, Jakes is a great restaurant in the hotel building though not owned by the hotel. Valet parking (the only option) is expensive at $27.00 per day....
