Governor Dodge Hotel Convention Center Hotel - Page 1

We showed up for are wedding night for are room we reserved and they had know idea that we were even alive. Talked to the manager and she told us that we could have are room for Friday night but not Saturday night she said that there would be no charge for the two night because of the mishap. Then on Saturday morning after my Bride had already left she has one of her employes call up and tell us we would have to pay for saturday night. Then when me and one of my Groomsman seen her in the hallway she would not even talk to us because she was to busy but she had enough time to tell one of her employes what to tell us. That no matter what we had to pay for Sat. I am from a local town and would never send any of my friends or family there to do business EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. The bathroom was difficult to access as were the beds. The staff had to literally move one bed over so that my wheelchair would fit, rendering the second bed uninhabitable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The desk person was very kind. It was quiet and peaceful.
