50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Due to an error by their employee this manager charged my credit card an additional amount on the last night I was to stay. When they informed me my credit card was already charged and my signature was not needed. I did not use anything to recieve this additional charge. It was an error on their part because they do not use a cash register just an adding machine to figure out a dollar amount. It sounds like there could be a lot of errors that occur--it's called human error not customer error.

It was very convenient for us. Close to the outlet mall. Right next to In and Out Burger. The only negative is we could not use the internet and we needed it. They said it was temporarily out of order and could not relocate us to another...

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. We had a fast check in and the staff was nice. The continental breakfast was muffins, pastry, coffee, and juice. Easy access on and off the freeway. However we saw a small bug during the night in the bathroom....
