I have stayed at this hotel twice. On my first stay the room I was allocated had faulty a/c. I also find that the room service is a bit poor also. On one occasion I had to wait 1 hour for my order. I also requested an iron for some of my shirts, ...

We booked two months in advance for New Year. 3 days before arriving, the hotel writes us an email, saying the special room we had chosen had "technical heating problems" and offered to place us in another room, which we didn't...

Horrible

This is the worst hotel in casa and a waste of money. bad service, dirty rooms, rude staff, annoying alarm at the door...the list is endless.
