Golden State Inn and Suites Motel

Our first room had live bugs in the bed, the room we were transferred to had a toilet with feces still in it, and the shower had mildew.

When we asked for a refund we were denied, and told that we had never been transferred, even though I still held the key to room 114 in my hand, as well as my original room 106. When I went back to 106 they were vacuuming (not really the issue as far as I'm concerned, I think maybe changing the sheets was more important) and had a guest checking into that room at the front desk (which means that I would have no room?)!

The entire establishment is disgusting and if anyone thinks this is a good deal, pay the extra $20 to stay at one of the hotels across the street!
