Nothing in Laughlin is amazing, its a quiet sleepy town (at least compared to Vegas). The Golden Nugget is a nice hotel though with a good casino for the area. They have lots of slots and adequate table games with good access to the rest of the...

Good
I stayed with my son for two nights. The room was clean but nothing special. The AC was functional but kind of low velocity. There isn't much for a 16 year old to do, the pool is very small and you have to be 18 to rent jet skis. The casino is OK...

I've stayed at this hotel/casino a couple of times. We had a nice room with a river view. The rooms were well decorated and clean. I also enjoyed gambling in the casino. I generally play video poker and they had a lot of options to choose from. ...

Laughlin is a great alternative to the crowded and expensive Las Vegas. The hotel is right on the River and the views from the room are fantastic. The casino is fun and there's easy access to the rest of the boardwalk.

Okay
I have never liked this casino. When you first walk in, the greenery and water fall is pretty, but the casino has very low ceilings, and it gives you a feeling of being crowded in. It's not a very inviting atmosphere to me. The restaurants and...

It is still very nice, has changed hands again so some of the things that I liked are not available now, but the personnel is still the best in Laughlin. The rooms are still the cleanest and the most comfortable in town.
The hotel is very secure. I feel like there is someone close in case of a problem.
I am very likely
to return to the Golden Nugget Laughlin.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We chose Laughlin since we were not liking the expense Las Vegas was becoming. The hotel was very nice and features similar to Fremont Street facility where we have stayed quite often. We liked the location along the River and we took advantage of the trip to London Bridge. The only thing we did not like was flying into Las Vegas airport, traveling two hours at a specified time to get to Laughlin and then leaving Laughlin early the day before our flight at a specified time, staying at a hotel to get to the airport in time for security and flight home. We feel that situation cost us at least one day, maybe more of our trip. Next time, we might try to fly into Bullhead City.
The restaurants were mostly nice and I liked how the meals were served when they were ready. More extravagant places were available, too.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Golden Nugget Laughlin.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We have been staying at this hotel and casino quite often. We enjoy the deli service and the relative upscale condition of the casino and the hotel itself.
