We were very specific about our requirements when we made our reservation, because we were traveling with children and a family member with limited mobility. We were told that in order to "guarantee" that our requests could be accomodated, we needed to pay an extra amount per room for "V.I.P." check-in. No problem, it was important, so we happily did this. Imagine our surprise on arrival to be told that the fee for V.I.P. check-in only entitled us to check-in in a special V.I.P. waiting room. None of our room requests were met, and in fact they couldn't even give us rooms on the same floor. When we complained to the reservation supervisor who made our reservation, she offered no apology for lying to us, and her solution to the problem was to ask if we'd prefer her to cancel our reservation. How helpful. The hotel was nice enough, and the pool was interesting, but there are many other hotels in Las Vegas just as nice. From now on, we'll be staying in one of those.
