Their staff was unpleasant, they seemed to put their personal issues first. It first started when I called about rates. The young lady was rude about a simple question about rates. I was kept on hold as she spoke about her personal issues, which I could hear.
However, it would not be smart of me to do business with an establishment that their first person that interacts with a customer is rude and speaks in a sarcastic nature.
