Horrible
We went a stay at Goldstrike Easter weekend to watch a circus show that we enjoyed, however, our night of relaxation turn into a nightmare, when tenants were screaming, yelling at the hallway at 2am, and at 530am which was brought to the attention...

Excellent
When we go to Tunica, we always stop at Gold Strike and play and eat but we stay at Bally's or Sam's Town and Hollywood because they comp us with free room or at a reduced rate. Never get anything from Gold Strike.
31 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I stayed at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica for our 12 year anniversary. We were so disappointed. The room we received was right next to the ice machine, so we listened to running water all night. Our shower was the worst I have ever seen. There was no water pressure. The wall had damage done to it that was just patched up (made to look fixed). We could here the people next door to us talking. The T.V. had like 7 channels.
The customer service was ok. The food was great. We ate at all three of the restaraunts. If you are going to gamble, you would be better off going to a different casino. There slots are tight but there poker room was really nice.
