The only thing that we were highly turned off about, is when we came to check-in, we had to wait about 20 minutes in line - they could benefit from a few more employees working the front desks.
There was so much to do… and we received quick attention to any matter that we had, etc.
pros: location, prices, foodWe stayed here every year for the past 4 years and can say it's the best getaway ever! The room rates are always great and it's just off the strip - we feel like locals when we're there. The service is so friendly.
