25 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Check-in took 40 minutes.
Our room, a "Deluxe Ocean View Room" was more a 2-star than a 5-star room. It was very uncomfortably furnished and quite dirty, but still at a 5-star price. Luckily, we were able to upgrade to a "Grand Deluxe Ocean View Room" for an additional 300RMB per night. Well, I must say that the new room was very nice indeed.
The service was very poor in the whole resort. There is hardly any English speaking staff and waiting times are long.
We suffered a heavy food poisoning after eating at the beach bar. The medical support was terrible and we even had to pay for the dry toast, the only food we were able to eat for days.
If you are looking for a relaxing, 5-star holiday, don’t choose this resort!
