Glenwood Crabtree Inn Hotel - Page 1

This is No Longer a Glenwood Crabtree OR Best Western, we were surprised to see NEW Look and NEW Sign of Days Inn. It appears, recently converted and fully renovated with everything new inside and outside as well. Management is very good and friendly, helpful staff. Our Room was extremely Clean and their score was 98. WOW, Awesome place and very convenient location, easy access to just about everything. They had all amenities and nice breakfast in the morning. Free High Speed Internet with nice leather cahir and work desk in our room, plus cable tv with Free HBO was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately return.

There are better hotels close by for the same cost or CHEAPER.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

While I stayed here, spiders were in my bed, there was a hole in the couch of the room, the tub did NOT drain after I showered, there were mosquitoes everywhere, half of the lamps in my room did NOT work, there is NO WIRELESS INTERNET (you have to bring your own ethernet cord, and their connection is shoddy at best), and worst of all, the staff and manager were UNWILLING to help when I wanted to change rooms.

AGAIN. COMPLETE waste of time and money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Forget bedbugs ... there were spiders in the bed, a torn up sofa, half of the rooms lights did not work and the staff straight up REFUSED to help.

I don't know what you're looking for but you probably won't find it here.

Best Western reservations are always easy to work with. Most of the hotels are clean and give a nice breakfast.

This hotel made me feel respected: I am a Gold Crown member and was treated as a valued customer.
