This hotel was a huge disappointment, even though you are paying for what you get, I wasn’t expecting anything really bad. I will be very specific and objective on this since it’s well known that you pay for what you get. You can have no fans, you can have poor or no air conditioner at all, you can even have poor food, the hotel building can be very old and need paint, but the place has to be clean under all circumstances.

1. Hygiene - The lobby when I arrived was a total mess. You were able to see bottles everywhere, general garbage, lots of dirt on the floor and the fountain was green. The incredible thing was to find the workers just sitting without looking at what needs to be cleaned. They did clean several hours later, at 6 o’clock pm. They only mop once a day!

They spill drinks on the beach. I watched with my own eyes how a waiter cleaned a table with four glasses and he spilled the water from them through the window to the beach! I even went outside and you can even see the huge shadow of the many drinks absorbed in the sand. It’s just disgusting and they are polluting the environment.

2. Service with the buffet - I was beside my father in the all-you-eat table and they don’t even bother to tag the food so you know what you’re eating. Beef, Chicken, fish, it’s all the same. My father asked the Chef, who was setting up a container with food, what kind of meat was each one. My father can only can eat seafood or chicken. The Chef didn’t answer, he only grinned and pointed to the food. Don’t expect to find a lot of variety.

3. Very dirty pool - Can you imagine sweaty people getting into the pool without taking the nearby shower first? There are no signs that ask you to shower before. I saw lots of people even eating inside and the crew says nothing. Then at 7 pm when I went downstairs to the restaurant I witnessed 35 glasses all over the place around the pool. I counted them. I counted two crew members chatting about the hot women they saw today. If I were the manager, I would kick them out of my business. I know a lot of people who would love the job.

3. No internet - As I paid in advance before arriving, the flyer said "Free internet service". I was glad I didn’t have to go to a cybercafé. When I arrived and asked they just told me with a unpleasing high-pitched voice, “We don’t have internet service, but you can go to the front of the hotel where there is a 24 hour internet cafe." They have a sign for free internet in the lobby and when I asked about that they just mumbled it’s because it’s not working anymore.

4. No gym – Yes, everybody loves to drink and party. But what about those who like to exercise like me? I arrived on Saturday and I was upset when I go to the gym and it was closed at 5:40 pm! The lobby told me the gym was open from 9 to 6. I woke up early the next day on Sunday just to find a new sign on the door that says "CLOSED ON SUNDAYS!"

It’s known that the beach is all rocky but I don’t care about that. The beach was dirty in some places and in the evening there are so many bottles and the staff doesn’t clean until several hours later. They surely need a supervisor for the staff to get the job done.

This place was a huge disappointment. To say that it was not what I expected would be a huge understatement. It was worse than I could ever imagine. It’s a one star hotel that somehow mysteriously got a 4 star rating. Everything about this place was horrible. The rooms were disgustingly dirty and we were forced to move four times. The beach was filthy and rocky. The food wasn’t exactly delicious either. We were bored to death at this resort, since they didn’t bother with entertainment. My vacation was ruined and I would never return to this resort even if they paid me.

Everything that they tell you about this place is true in some aspects. They just don't tell you that the place is actually a complete dump. The outside is atrocious and looks like a communist camp. Once you get in the lobby, you kind of wonder...
