Gaylord Suites

This place has been a nightmare. They shut off the water every Wednesday for the entire day. The internet rarely works. The phone service doesn't work often. Housekeeping appears at around 5:30pm weekly. The construction is noisy. The elevator is often screwy (i.e., if you hit fl 8, it lets you off at 7 so if you're trying to get on at fl 4, you have to quickly run to 3 to get on it). This location is NOT in Nob Hill as they specify, it's more like Tenderloin location. The block itself is reasonable safe, however, don't walk one block south. Most of the staff could care less, and repairs are not made in a timely manner.

The only good things are location, the room is decent and bed is comfy. Though not reasonable storage and they could afford to at least put a picture on the wall.
