It was a totally wonderful experience.

It was too large, I needed to rent a scooter to get to the meeting rooms and even with it, it took at least ten minutes to reach the rooms.

It’s an incredible facility. It has beautiful landscaping inside and out. It has great restaurants and shopping.

It is a very nice place, with plenty of shops and comfort. The staff is friendly.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I did not have to worry about security.

This was a beautiful hotel. It was the best I had ever stayed at. The staff was so nice and the rooms were excellent. Everything was the beast it could be.

This hotel made me feel practical: They offered anything that you forgot at home. They are so home like and want you to be the most important thing there.

They have superior service. Check in was easy and convenient. The staff personally guided me to my room. Every staff member went out of their way to speak to me.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The room I was assigned to was an upgrade from what I reserved at no extra charge. The staff greeted you every time they saw you. The counter clerk remembered me by name when he saw me in the lobby two days later.

I feel like they could have put me in the room I requested, but they did not. The atmosphere was nice.

I enjoyed my stay however some of the staff were not very polite. We called for room service and the person answering seemed quite bothered and annoyed and one of the times we could not understand the individual at all and he was repeating our order. The housekeeping was pretty rude also. She wanted to kick us out so she could clean the room. We were not even checking out that day. She kept coming back and asking when we will be leaving. Especially since we had the do not disturb tag on the front door. But other then them I had a great time. The other employees were great.

It's a great facility for a conference and good value for the money. However, the ten-dollar parking fee when the hotel is in the middle of nowhere was disconcerting. Having a computer set up in the room was great, allowing me to work and keep in touch.

I loved the hotel! The rooms were a bit stuffy, there was no way to get in fresh air since the windows did not open. The hotel is close to the convention center. I would like to see more eating options, such as a deli for grabbing a bite to eat in between conference sessions.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They have comfortable beds and pillows. In the room there were a nice chair and a sofa to lounge on. I loved the great balcony for reading the morning paper. I also loved the pool.

Reservation overbooked the room rate by one day. We are still in the process of getting this resolved.

The hotel had nice rooms, I went for New Year's Eve. I had to eat in a sandwich shop as the good restaurants were full with reservations. I thought the place was overpriced!

The price was high, but the hotel was good quality.

This hotel is excellent for business travelers or tourists. The interior atrium is enormous and includes four different areas with restaurants and shopping. The quality of the room was very nice and the design of the hotel was classic. There are two pools and a mini-golf course outside as well. The only negative was that it is far away from the major attractions, but it is worth coming to. I will definitely come back again.

This hotel was absolutely incredible. Everything was better than we could have ever imagined it. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the grounds were spectacular.
