The hotel was great. It was very large and it provided very attentive service.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the comfortable beds and the decent sized room.

The room was comfortable. The work out area was well equipped. There was a wide range of dining choices.

Checking in was our first problem. Our rooms weren't ready until 5pm.....then one of our reservations were double charged through cheap trips and the hotel and they have yet to refund us.

The showers never got hot, it was luke warm always.

The beds were comfortable, the food was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, because of the delay in our rooms, our family reunion that was only 48 hours long cut us by hours. An hour and 40 minutes just to check in

I loved it all.

My door lock was a problem several times. Upon arrival I could not lock the door. They eventually came and changed out the lock. Then later on it would not unlock as the battery was dead in the replacement lock. I was never offered another room, which would have saved me a great deal of time being either stuck inside my room or outside my room. I felt I was being treated poorly as a single woman traveling alone.

The service staff was excellent. I had a difficult time using cell phone in the room. I was moved to a different room and I was able to use my cell phone. Wireless internet access was not available in the room. The hotel is so big and directions are confusing. I spent thirty minutes trying to find my room. I asked a security guard for help. He had just started, so he was unable to help. I was unable to complete check out or feedback on using TV screen as advertised.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The bell men were very helpful giving directions and attending to my bags. The room service was fast. The food presentation was lovely. When asking for directions, people appeared genuinely interested in helping. Their patience was appreciated.

The stay included a package of tickets for local events. The seats were lousy, even though reservations were made five months in advance. The hotel rectified some, but not all, and no consideration was given for a boat ride that did not sail.

The accommodations were overpriced. It should have had a coffee shop. The food was also overpriced. The location was good.

This resort was huge. They had excellent food and shops located within the facility. The concierge service was great.

This hotel made me feel content: They have great restaurants on site. I stayed in a nice hotel room.

This hotel is like an aging hotel still trying to get by on its looks. It may have been wonderful at one time, but no longer.

We were looking forward to the trip and even booked an extra day because it looked like fun. Our mistake. We arrived here at 7:30 p.m. after ten hours of travel wanting nothing more than to check in, change clothes and relax. But wait! Our room wasn't ready. No suggestion as to what we should do while we were waiting. We had to bring up the idea of depositing our bags with them so we wouldn't have to haul them around with us. And it wasn't the two-queen-bed room we'd reserved. Instead I was apparently expected to sleep in the bed with my twelve-year-old son? I don't think so. (We did get a roll-away.)

We found a restaurant in the hotel that apparently had a malfunctioning air conditioner. The table next to us complained about the cold, but nothing happened. After an hour and a half, I finally called the main hotel switchboard and spoke to someone who refused to put me through to the front desk, instead insisting on acting as intermediary. After much back-and-forth she eventually said, "They just called you." A blatant lie --my cellphone registered no incoming calls. I then had to go back down and wait in line to find out where our room was. And the desk clerk was rude.

Also, the place is huge and impossible to find your way around, and the directions you'll get are too vague to be of any help.

The only reason I'm giving the hotel a 2 rather than a 1 is that the restaurant waiter took mercy on me after I slammed the phone down on the table and comped our meal. But I still wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! Stay far, far away!

The hotel was being upgraded and unfortunately I got one of the older rooms. The resort is amazing in a Disney like way. It is huge and you do not ever have to leave the premises.

While the staff, the decor and the amenities throughout the resort were excellent, the prices for food and beverages, particularly alcohol, were somewhat pricey.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The number of opportunities for a wide variety of events and activities was fantastic and almost overwhelming!

The location was well outside Nashville. I wished it had been closer, though it was close to a mall. It was expensive, but worth it. I did have a few problems with the room, the water was not hot, the phone was dirty, but these problems were attended to quickly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hotel staff at arrival was welcoming, including the driver from the airport to the hotel. He was entertaining.

It was a nice resort, a little overwhelming due to its size. It was hard to navigate around the resort and the signage was not very clear.

Everything was fine except the noise above my room was very loud. Apparently I was above the cleaning crews room and they were pounding extremely loud. Everything else was great. It is a beautiful hotel.

It was very big and I did not like the walk to get anywhere. But it was very nice and decorated great, and the restaurants were good and not overpriced.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They gave bottled water and newspaper every morning. The staff was always friendly and courteous.

It is a great hotel, with a great atmosphere, with plenty of variety in the hotel for food and entertainment, with lots of food, entertainment and shopping in the area. There is also a lot of history available in the area for those interested in that type of thing.

I loved this hotel. It was confusing due to its size. However, the luxury of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it.

This hotel made me feel content: I had everything that I wanted and more. There was never a time when I needed something and I could not get it.
