about 10 minutes outside of Atlanta, so can stay near the city without the high rates downtown. Plenty off free parking, nice0looking pool that we didn't get a chance to use while there. Imaculate rooms, updated, good shower and water pressure. ...

The rate was good, and this is a brand-new hotel; the mattresses were obviously new and were very comfortable; new carpet an d furniture, good lighting in the room and bathroom. The decor was very good; I believe this property had been a Best...
I booked six rooms for a group months in advance. Two of our families had to go across the street to Microtel because the reservations were all messed up and they couldn't accomodate us. The ice machine didn't work. The breakfast was not restocked and we couldn't get in till 6:30 a.m. even for coffee. The juice machine didn't work two days. Our key cards had to be redone 7 times in 4 days because they wouldn't work in our room door--we finally settled on two keys instead of four because we could't get two to work--ever. We all had four people in each room and couldn't get enough towells for everyone. We had to keep asking! The smoke detector went off three days in a row in our room and finally wouldn't shut off while we were packing up to leave. My husband called the desk and they didn't come for over 20 minutes. My husband stood on a chair to try to get the detector to stop and he fell off the chair. What a nightmare. Most of the staff just didn't seem to care. We recieved no discount or compensation for our troubles. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
