If from 1-10 Motel 6 is a 1, this is a 2. Broken furnature, a hole in the mattress big enough to stuff in a poodle, no elevator, and a room that smelled like a kennel. Worst place I've ever stayed.
55 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was too hot or too cold, the bed was hard! I saw ashes in the bathroom in a non smoking room! The guy at the front desk acted like I was bothering him when I called for a wakeup. The next day the manager acted like a jerk when I told him about my sleepless night. It was if he wanted me gone, he was purely in it only for the money. He had a slight limp, probably because of the cash in his wallet!! The remote had a dead battery and the guy at the front desk told me where I could get one at a local store. What nerve! This is the rathole of New Mexico!
we checked in at 3pm, wanted a bottom room, and we told them we wanted a indoor pool for the kids and a spa for us. the man at the desk was really nice. claims he gave me a courtesy discount since we owned a motel too. $69.00 plus tax....
