The best thing about this place is the location. You are right in the middle of the financial district, minutes away from Chinatown, the Embarcadero, shopping etc. So in that aspect it was great.

This hotel was not the best or worst I've experienced. My only complaint with the room was the uncomfortable bed, but that's the chance you take. All else was satisfactory,though the desk staff might have been more 'interested' in guest...
