Mediocre
We were very disappointed about the tidyness and comfort the room offered. We paid an averafe of $350/night and not once during our whole stay was our room vacuumed,the bathroom floor cleaned or the hallway cleaned. You could just watch the dirt...

Good
The suite was very large, but without room division. It would have been difficult if one person wanted to work or watch TV and the other wanted to sleep. Full kitchen would have been great for a long term stay.
pros: service, amenities, locationthe hotel had and extremely friendly and helpful staff that was always willing to go out of their way to help, the most comfortable beds, and is in a great location in north scottsdale.

This location is conveniently located to shopping and dining establishments. The size and comfort of the rooms was a great value. The staff was efficient and friendly.
With the availability of a cooking area we were able to prepare our lunches and save time and money.
I am very likely
to return to the Gainey Suites Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
