Okay
Hip, young vibe.Minimal housekeeping, gouge you on valet parking. The rooms are barely cleaned or serviced while you're there, and the minimalist decor isn't really user-friendly (poor lighting, uncomfortable bed, nowhere to put your clothes, etc).

Bathrooms and bedding were clean and comfortable. No water/soda available in vending area. Only valet parking is offered. The Custom Hotel is unique and very modern. The main entrance is a little bit confusing to a first time guest.
