This is a spacious, turn-key, vacation rental well placed at the top of a private 23-acre farm for gorgeous sunset views. (There is also a studio cottage on premises sleeping 1-2 guests.) This home is surrounded with lush landscape, including a small waterfall and fish pond that can be heard from the wisteria-covered patio and from the kitchen, as well as two of the bedrooms. The hot tub is nestled beneath majestic oaks where privacy is assured and views abound.
Inside this three and a half-bedroom, two-bath house there are eight comfortable beds (two queens, two doubles, and four twins) easily sleeping up to twelve people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are three dining areas from which to choose. We offer high-speed Internet connect in a private office area that is equipped with office sundries and a printer. In the living room and master bedroom there are bookshelves filled with interesting books and magazines. To further entertain you, there is a full video library, stereo, video games, and satellite TV. There are children's books, puzzles, and board games provided, too.
Your stay includes use of private organic gardens for harvesting fruit, vegetables, and herbs. It also includes breakfast foods (organic eggs from our own hens, locally baked bread, coffee, tea, butter, jam, and biscotti) and a Farm Life Tour designed to show you how a family farm operates.
The farm is conveniently located 5-minutes from Sebastopol, an artist's community of about 17,000. You will also be 15-minutes from the coast, the river and the city of Santa Rosa. Sonoma County is proud of the diversity of attractions, including world-renowned wines.
