This property has an Asian flair and is intimate and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, updated and comfortable. Suite rooms offer sitting area with pull out sofa. All rooms offer wireless internet access, writing desk, voicemail and data port, microwave, hairdryers, VCR, mini-refrigerator, a/c. Hotel offers free Asian style breakfast and a continental breakfast. We offer laundry service and laundry room, sundries available, business center, free parking, vending and lounge area for meetings. Lovely outside patio available for gatherings. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, close to San Jose International Airport. Many restaurants, shops and entertainment nearby. We chose this hotel for two things...very good breakfast (american and asian) and wi-fi. The staff was very helpful, and suites are available though the "front room" with the sofa bed only has a little vent fan and does get stuffy. There was no TV in that first room, but the staff got us one for the kids. There is no pool. The hotel is located to many stores and restaurants, and the caltrain station is not very far away. At check in both stays we were only offered one key, but was given a second when requested. Had reserved suites both stays, but on second stay was "upgraded" to one room with two queens which we turned down for the suite since we did need two rooms. The non-smoking room that we also had requested stunk like smoke but it was the last suite so we aired it out ourselves, and all was well. Very quiet hotel...nice beds though the sofa bed could use a thicker mattress.

Hotel was clean, and staff very helpful. we had a one bedroom with separate living room with a sofa bed (needs new mattress!).there was no tv in the living room area, but when asked they did bring us one! Good Asian/American breakfast! wi-fi nice!!...
