Mediocre
Rooms are new and clean. That's the end of the good things. Nothing worked: Broken ice machine, no remote for TV, One door lock broken. Continental breakfast was coffee (no cream), Cheerios, milk and day-old muffins.

They accommodated us by giving us a downstairs room that would have normally cost more because it had 2 beds for the same price as a single bed room because I am unable to climb stairs because of the swelling in my legs.

The room was 'non-smoking', but smelled very strong of smoke. The room was too small for four people. The beds and furniture took up so much room that there was very little room for the luggage and for getting around in the room.
