Fredbg Hosp House Hotel Conf C is conveniently located just off Interstate 95 in Central Park, one of the largest shopping and dining areas on the East Coast. Originally a Dairy Farm, the hotel is steeped in history as is the surrounding city of Fredericksburg, site of many battles of the Revolutionary War and Civil War. Many of our Nation's Forefathers roamed the streets as you can too, to enjoy antique shopping as well as explore the historical locations. We offer newly remodeled guest rooms with all the amenities accessed by secure indoor corridors, meeting rooms and full service banquet facilities, a business center and exercise room, lovely grounds and plenty of free parking.

Overall hotel is run down and staff not helpful. Called for reservations, told no rooms available, yet 10 minutes later had a reservation via an online booking. Non-smoking rooms probably were for several years -- smoke, mold and mildew lingered fro

I did not like the price in comparison to the outdated furniture and equipemnt. Also, disruptive guests were allowed to disturb other guests for too long before they were stopped.
We stayed there over this past weekend. When I made our reservations last November, it was still Holiday Inn Select. I reserved a King Leisure, and was upgraded to the King Executive Edition on Saturday for less money. It was a beautiful room. The...
This hotel needs to be walshed over and be rebuild! Never stayed in such an outdated hotel before! The room rate does not give you the value of service. The staff needs training, and the management is a joke! Do not stay here, go to a chain hotel,...

The best bed in the U.S. - I have traveled all over the world and there has only been one bed more comfortable and that was a handmade feather bed in a tavern in Germany.
