We welcome one and all at Franconia Notch Motel. We are located just 0.5 miles South of Franconia Notch State Park on US Route 3 in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Our tree-studded property borders the Pemigewasset River, where picnic tables with grills are available for outdoor cooking and a picturesque stroll surrounded by the beautiful White Mountains. We are within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment with many natural and man-made attractions. Our host is available to serve our guests coffee each morning and has any information you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

If you're looking for fancy and upscale, go down the road, this is an older place, a strip of rooms and small cabins, but it's clean, comfortable, babbling stream in the back with picnic tables and chairs, great breeze with the windows open, fridge in the room. We grabbed a pizza and a bottle of wine and enjoyed a picnic by the stream. We'd definitely go back. Woodstock is down the road with nice restaurants, Lincoln a short drive away with a little more to do and a nice American Legion hall.
